Recruitment process
STEP 1 – APPLICATION
You can send your application in response to a particular job advertisement published on our website, or fill in a general form if you want to be considered for possible future vacancies. The applications are analysed by the Recruitment Team.
STEP 2 – PHONE INTERVIEW
The Recruitment Team member contacts selected candidates. Before inviting you to a job interview, they may ask questions about your CV and verify your knowledge of a foreign language (if required for the position).
STEP 3 – IN-PERSON INTERVIEW
At the interview you will meet the manager of the department you are applying for and an HR staff member. It is an opportunity to talk about your professional experience, as well as ask any questions you have about the company. In some cases, you may be given a practical assignment to verify your skills needed in the position, such as using a particular designing programme or reading technical drawings. Some candidates are re-invited for another interview.
STEP 4 – SELECTION OF THE CANDIDATE
We base our decision to choose a particular candidate on the skills, competences and experience needed for the particular position, as well as other factors, such as the dynamics of the team, which they will join.
STEP 5 – FEEDBACK
Each candidate who takes part in the in-person interview receives feedback form the Recruitment Team, regardless of the result of the process.
We ensure confidentiality and secure the personal information about the candidates.
