Dear Suppliers,
due to the ongoing trend of digitalisation of public procurement processes, we are launching a Purchasing Platform, which will be the basic tool for communication with Contractors during tender procedures in the field of purchases above a certain price threshold, i.e. in accordance with Polish public procurement law.
This means that the entire offer process will be carried out electronically, guaranteeing full confidentiality and the highest standards of data transmission security. Starting from November 1, submission of an offer in the announced tender will only be possible electronically via https://platformazakupowa.pl/.
How it looks in practice:
- each time you will receive an email from the person leading the tender proceedings containing a link leading directly to the tender,
- on the tender page of the you will find full documentation (Terms of Reference, Specification of the Subject of the Contract and other necessary information regarding the subject of the contract),
- after completing all the mandatory fields that make up the form, upon clicking the “Submit Offer” button you will send your offer to the Ordering Party,
- for tender proceedings conducted in accordance with Polish public procurement law (acronym in Polish: PZP), it is required to sign the offer with a qualifying electronic signature.
In order to submit an offer, you do not have to create an account on https://platformazakupowa.pl/. Nevertheless, we still encourage you to do so and subscribe to our Directory of Contractors, because thanks to this you will be able to receive tailored invitations to tender from us.
The only requirement to be able to submit offers is to have access to the internet and the latest version of one of the popular browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome; you must also have a valid, qualifying electronic signature (a legal requirement throughout the European Union).
