We have two modern, fully-equipped conference rooms. They are used for symposia, conferences, training courses and workshops organised by BOSMAL. We do not rent the rooms to external entities.

This functional, multimedia-equipped conference room is suitable for business meetings, workshops, training events or presentations for up to forty people.
The conference room is equipped with:
- air conditioning,
- access to daylight,
- electronically controlled blinds,
- a functional panel for control of the room’s infrastructure,
- tables equipped with media ports,
- a laptop (with the possibility of the customer using their own computer),
- a ceiling mounted projector,
- a projection screen,
- a built-in amplification system with wireless microphones,
- a kitchen annex,
- a cloakroom.

This spacious, multimedia-equipped conference room is used for larger business meetings, conferences, presentations and training events for up to 130 people.
The conference room is equipped with:
- air conditioning,
- a functional panel for control of the room’s infrastructure,
- rows of chairs equipped with foldaway writing desks,
- a ceiling-mounted multimedia projector,
- a projection screen,
- 3 widescreen monitors,
- a visualiser,
- media ports built into the table next to the speaker’s stand,
- a laptop (with the possibility of the customer using their own computer),
- a built-in amplification system with wireless microphones,
- a cloakroom.
The conference room leads into another, smaller room, together with a kitchen annex, which facilitates the organisation of meetings featuring refreshments.
