Control systems. PLC controllers for individual projects

Go back to the list

Control systems based on individually configured PLC controllers

We also implement projects aimed at:

  • Automation of machines and devices
  • Centralising the structure controlling industrial and municipal infrastructure facilities, such as filters, valves, gates, pumps, lighting
  • Remote control of domestic appliances and devices in and around the house, such as: air conditioners, washing machines, lighting, surveillance cameras, entrance gates

We implement projects comprehensively – from the idea to the finished product.

We create:

  • Project concept
  • Consumer and professional electronics (including designing and building PLC controllers for the individual needs of a given project)
  • Consumer software and professional software solutions for business
  • Stand-alone mobile applications, as well as those extending the capabilities of an existing product
  • Depending on the order, we carry out the product through subsequent stages of development – from a test series, through prototype and low-volume production, to mass production.

Our capabilities in numbers:

  1. Initial quote (amount ranges) – up to 1 week
  2. Project analysis and implementation proposal – 3-4 weeks
  3. Project implementation – 1-6 months
    • If the project is based on ready-made controllers that only need to be programmed – 1-2 months
    • If it is necessary to create electronics from scratch – 3-6 months, including:
      • 1-2 months for electronics design
      • 1-2 months for prototype production
      • 1-2 months for electronics software, installation and testing

We can make and produce dedicated systems from even a single-piece series, especially if they are complex systems, but the number of pieces in a production series is rather the following:

  1. Test series – 10 pcs
  2. Prototype series – from 10 to 50 pcs
  3. Small-series production – from even 100 pieces upwards
  4. Serial production – min. 1000 pcs

The cost of the project depends largely – in addition to the cost of the components – on whether:

  • it is a service based on ready-made drivers (i.e. without creating electronics);
  • it is a project in which we create original electronics for a given project.
